I need help with money.?

Okay, I don't know how to budget. Since last month I've been spending lots of money on clothing. When I got my taxes back last week I spent majority of it on clothing. Now that college is coming up I was making a plan to save up money for text books even if I got a book voucher. Now I don't have a car or license (kinda glad I don't right now) but I did lower my phone bill a few months back by saving $8 on my bill instead of paying my usual $100. So now I pay about $92 and I get paid by my school to work my vocational job. But I'm graduating next week so I will no longer be a student there anymore. I'm thinking about cutting off my internet on my phone since I have internet at home. But that will bring me to $85. Book vouchers at my college go from $120- $450. I was told that I should start buying my own groceries because my mom is kinda struggling and she doesn't charge me rent. I've been working at a supermarket for 2 years now and I got a raise, but not too much. I now get paid $8.55 an hour from Monday- Saturday. Sundays I get paid $12.45. Idk if I should get another job on the side as well or ask if I can go full time until the fall???
