Gas prices are up so I got a Scooter and found theres not alot of info for my kind. ROKETA. MC-17-50T?

I started a website on proboards so I might get some more info on this one. I used to have a gelly and theres tons of info for those. I'm looking to find out how to remove the Governor on this one. it's a 50cc, I know theres one on it but Not real sure how to remove it to make it scoot a little faster. It only goes around 30 right now and my Gelly got up to 60 mph. So take a look and see if you can help me out any.
