Levels of HCG and PAPP-A?

A question for my friend who is 13 weeks pregnant. they told her that her baby may have abnormalities, trisomy 18+13, i have checked to see the normal levels of HCG which are 1,0, and my friend has 0,132, and PAPP-A 0,4. has anyone had levels like this and had a healthy baby? she's freaking out now, because her doctor didn't explain much, just told her there may be abnormalities and that she may need to do a amniocentesis in 3 weeks. oh yes, and she's 35 years old. the NT of the baby was normal. thank you in advance
