So thats it, right?

For those of you who have been following my saga (And many questions..) I have been given the clear to close, my closing date is next Friday....and I called the head processor and told her about my furniture credit card which I applied for and she said not to worry, that it woulnd't make a difference....and my rate lock has been extended..so all I can expect is smooth sailing till closing pending a delay or some catastrophe..right?
