This isn't another "Am I pregnant Question"! Promise!?

Its likely that the blood test would have shown some level of hormone if you were indeed pregnant. A home pregnancy test may or may not have worked at that time, but a blood test definitely would have shown something. If it was negative, then it really was negative. Sorry.
