My kitten suddently walks like she is drunk and is very weak.?

she was really bad at first and couldnt move now she can get up and walk short distances but its like she is drunk and she stumbles to the side. I have been giving her water constantly she idnt drunking it on her own so i feed it to her through a tuby suction thing. I prayed for her i want her to get better what do i do. My mother wont take her to the vet and i dont work. So whatever i do ill have to do it (HELP PLEASE)
